I've discovered the way to unlocking my confidence and putting on presentations that I'm proud of is to remind myself that everyone else also hates presentations and is usually rubbish at them too, so it really doesn't take much effort at all to put on an outstanding presentation and impress everyone.

Without science and hacking, I've found to begin with it helps to completely disassociate from the topic and simply let it flow through you as if you were a radio with an antenna to the Source. The knowledge is here, the words exist, just allow it all to flow through you. Drawbacks: may appear to be high, if passionate; unable to answer questions because remember nothing you said

Eddie Izzard is truly a dream surreal! You're taken in to this wacky world, it spins around your brain and drops you off the fair ground ride with wobbly legs, laughing but still standing.

Criticism is constructive it’s to help her but I also want to mention Greta and I both have a unique brain working known as Asperger’s and it doesn’t mean we can’t do better with eye contact but simply it comes harder for us. Genuinely having similarities to her I also receive communication signals more literally compared to others which is possibly why her words connected stronger to me. Like my urge from the speech is how can I help change things got the better? Let’s try to meet these goals for real, make it top priority and work hard at it. If we don’t cut carbon emission by 67% we can attempt instead of not attempt

    1) it's scripted 2) there are pictures (you have to pause) 3) his voice is normal Out of all, he's confident, that's true, cuz the product was great

fine for products - but I was devastated to hear him recommend presenting a story version of us to our friends or partners - explicitly saying "they will never know who you truly are". In my experience, it's one of the most damaging things to anyone's happiness to hide who you are and for other people not to "see" you. It's what makes us human. True connection, being seen. And not looking back at our lives as a hollow shell of a storied product. A truly happy life requires that we drop the stories about ourselves. Yes that can be vulnerable and less "sexy" = less sales. But do I want people to buy a made-up plastic version (of not myself), or for us to connect with our hearts?
